Substitution Policy
At times, the substitution of Flowers/Gifts is necessary due to temporary availability issues owing to seasonality etc. It may be substituted with a different type of flower/gift or the color. Though we always try to seek permission from the sender, this may not always be possible due to time constraints. However, we ensure to preserve the standard of and quality and the value of gifts or flowers.
